Elio Martinelli, Mod. 1675, Martinelli Luce 1962

£380.00

A classic pendant lamp designed by Elio Martinelli for Martinelli Luce in 1962. Composed entirely out of acrylic the Mod. 1675 is an archetypal lamp of the time which sees a wave of experimentation with the new plastic material that would contribute to the development of companies like Elio Martinelli Luce, Kartell and Harvey Guzzini. The Mod. 1675 is constructed using two forms: an interior trumpet like shape in opal to diffuse the light and a smoky green, half spherical dome that simply rests on top, creating an attractive lighting effect.

The lamp is in very good condition and perfect working order and requires a standard E27 light bulb which is not included in the sale.
