Delivery
All orders are shipped with UPS or DPD. Orders received Monday - Friday before 10.00 (GMT) are collected on the same day by our carriers. Orders placed after this time are collected the next working day.
For items that are shipped in 2-3 weeks, we will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order with a more accurate delivery timeframe. Or please contact us before ordering for more information.
United Kingdom
Delivery is £7.00 for all standard sized items. A charge of £14.00 will be applied to large items or to orders of more than one piece. Orders received before 10.00 (GMT) are usually delivered the next working day, but this cannot be guaranteed and is not applicable to items that are shipped in 2-3 weeks.
European Union
Orders destined for delivery in the European Union are now sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means the price shown at checkout is the final purchase price, so you won’t pay any further charges once your order arrives. The table below lists the shipping price for standard and large sized items. Orders of more than one item may be calculated at the higher rate at checkout.

United States
Delivery charges to the United States are approximately £45, but may be higher for large or heavy items, so please contact us for a quote. Orders sent to the United States are not subject to 20% UK VAT so all quotations will reflect this reduction in the final purchase price. Additionally, items under the value of $800 (£570) will not incur any import taxes and duties when arriving in the United States.
Other destinations
Please contact us for a quote to ship an item to any destination worldwide. Orders sent to destinations outside the United Kingdom are not subject to 20% UK VAT so all quotations will reflect this reduction in the final purchase price. However, orders may incur additional import duties and taxes.
For customers who use a freight forwarding service or shipping company please contact us before placing your order as it may not be subject to VAT.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the goods and, provided they are in the same condition they were sent, we will process a full refund.
Damaged items
If your order has suffered any damage or breakage during transit, please contact us with details of the damage including pictures of the item and packaging.
