Barbieri + Marianelli, Gru, Tronconi 1978

£370.00
SOLD

The beautifully proportioned Gru table lamp designed by Raul Barbieri and Giorgio Marianelli for Tronconi in 1978. The Gru (which means crane in Italian) is composed of a heavy textured black metal base supporting a vertical arm and cylindrical lamp holder which have been finished in an off-white tone, with an attachment clamp and button in black rubber.

The lamp is in very good condition and perfect working order. There are a few very light scratches to the lacquered finish but nothing more than what should be expected from an object of this age. The sale includes a new 2.5W E27 250 lumen LED light bulb.
