Albini + Helg + Piva, AM/AS, Sirrah 1969
The beautifully constructed AM/AS suspension lamp designed by Franco Albini, Franca Helg and Antonio Piva for Sirrah in 1969. The lamp formed part of a series that included applications for the wall, table and floor with interchangeable diffusers in chromed metal or white opaline glass. This example features the chrome diffuser with an off-white matt lacquered interior to help absorb and soften the light. Circular connecting tubes allow for easy installation and hanging of the lamp.
The AM/AS suspension lamp is in excellent condition and working order. The lamp uses a standard E27 screw light bulb, which is not included in the sale.
