Mod. 442, Counterweight Lamp, Luci c1970

A large metal desk lamp with counterweight by Luci Illuminazione D’interni (now known as Luci Italia). Produced in the early 1970s, the lamp is composed of white lacquered metal with chrome connecting parts. A long elegant arm extends out of a weighted receptacle, which also houses a switch, giving the lamp a smooth rise and fall movement, in addition to undisturbed rotation around the circular base. Because of its size, this beautiful and practical Luci lamp provides excellent illumination without any obstruction to the surface on which it is placed, making it a great choice for a drawing or draughtsman’s table.

The white metal parts of the lamp have received some restoration and have been professionally re-coated in a matching RAL colour. Apart from this, the lamp is in excellent condition and working order and will be shipped with a new E14 4.5W 470 lumen LED light source.
