Bruno Gecchelin, Arianna, Oluce 1991

With the Arianna table lamp from 1991, Bruno Gecchelin has created a beautifully delicate and elegant object despite its large imposing size. Produced by the historic Oluce factory, the lamp is composed of a heavy black marble base into which chromed metal rods are inserted, holding curved frosted glass panes. The glass panels are able to be swivelled open or closed to change the profile of the lamp and adjust the intensity of light. The lamp has also been fitted with a Relco dimmer switch designed by Ezio Didone in 1985.

The Arianna lamp (manufactured in 1991) is in unused mint condition and perfect working order. The lamp comes complete with all its original packaging, instructions and an Osram Halostar light bulb.
